Instructions for using Maggi Turkish Powdered Spices, Arif Oglu:
Add 1 tablespoon (20 grams) of Maggi Turkish Powdered Spices to boiling water (1 liter).
Used in all types of soups, rice, bulgur, and various vegetable dishes by dissolving it in boiling water.
Recommended to use when the meal is close to being cooked.
Red Lentil Soup Recipe (serves 4):
Start by cooking 2 cups of red lentils with 1 liter of water. When the mixture boils, add one cup of cold water. When the mixture starts to boil again, add another cup of cold water.
This speeds up the cooking of the red lentils. Blend the cooked lentils in a blender after absorbing the water.
In a separate pan, toast 1 tablespoon of flour with 2 tablespoons of oil or butter until it turns slightly brown. Add it to the soup and mix to prevent lumps.
Add 20 grams (1 tablespoon) of Maggi Turkish Powdered Spices to 1 liter of boiling water, dissolve it, and mix it with the blended and cooked lentils for 5 minutes. The soup is now ready, enjoy!
